Who we are

ZANTISE LTD is a limited company with its registered office at 84 Conyngham Road, Manchester M14 5EA, United Kingdom.

Information we collect

We collect a deliberately small amount of information:

• Information you give us: your name, work email address, and whatever you choose to write when you use our contact form or email us.
• Business relationship information: contact details and correspondence relating to a proposal, engagement, or invoice.
• Technical information: our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

How and why we use your information

We use the information above to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and deliver proposals and services, to administer invoicing and our business records, and to keep the site secure.

Our lawful bases under the UK GDPR are: performance of a contract, or steps taken at your request before entering one (Article 6(1)(b)); our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, running our business, and securing our systems (Article 6(1)(f)); and compliance with legal obligations such as tax and accounting record-keeping (Article 6(1)(c)).

We do not sell your personal data, we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party provider, so visiting this site does not disclose your visit to an external service.

If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations, ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Who we share information with

We share personal data only where necessary: with service providers that host our website, deliver our email, and provide our accounting systems, each acting under contract and on our instructions; with our professional advisers; and where we are required to by law or a regulator.

Where we process personal data on behalf of a client as part of an engagement, we do so as a processor under a separate data processing agreement, and that client's own privacy notice governs that data.

International transfers

We prefer suppliers that store data in the UK or European Economic Area. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, together with any additional safeguards the transfer requires.

How long we keep information

Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to a client engagement are kept for seven years after the engagement ends, to meet our legal, tax, and professional obligations. Server logs are retained for a short period for security purposes.

Your data protection rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Be told how your personal data is used, and to request a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate personal data corrected, or incomplete data completed.
• Ask us to erase your personal data, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
• Ask us to restrict processing, or to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests.
• Receive certain data in a portable, machine-readable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

How to exercise your rights, and how to complain

To exercise any right above, email contact@zantise.com. We will respond within one month. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act on a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, by calling 0303 123 1113, or by writing to: Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF. We would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last reviewed. Material changes affecting how we use your personal data will be communicated directly where we hold contact details for you.
